Story of Behaviour & Balance
My name is Valentina Uhlke, I’m 26 years old, and I am a health psychologist and coach.
Like many people in their twenties, there was a time when I often compared myself to others and questioned whether I was on the “right” path. I looked for reassurance from others and doubted my own decisions. Over time, through studying psychology and reflecting on my own experiences, I realised that real change begins when we stop measuring our lives against others and start trusting our own path.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Health Psychology and Behaviour Change from the University of Amsterdam, and I am currently completing my ICF coaching training. My work is also influenced by ideas from Albert Ellis and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), which explore how our beliefs influence our emotions and behaviour.
I work especially with people in their twenties and thirties who feel overwhelmed by expectations, struggle with self-trust, or constantly compare themselves to others while navigating their career, relationships, and personal direction in life.
My goal is to help them reconnect with themselves, build confidence, and navigate their lives with greater clarity and balance.
Services:

Coaching
Non-directive coaching provides a structured space for reflection, clarity, and intentional action. I do not provide advice or ready-made solutions. Instead, I guide the process through thoughtful and structured questioning, enabling you to generate your own insights and decisions. My approach follows the GROW framework and is informed by my ongoing coach training.
I am currently in the process of working toward ICF accreditation and am not yet ACC or PCC certified. I participate in weekly coach training and mentoring sessions and actively practice and reflect on my development as a coach.
Clients choose to work with me because I offer a calm, non-judgmental space where they can think freely and speak openly. With an international background and experience across different cultural contexts, I bring openness, curiosity, and sensitivity to diverse perspectives.

Workshop and Training
My workshops are based on principles from health psychology, behavioural science, and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), developed by Albert Ellis.
In interactive sessions of 30–60 minutes, participants learn how their thoughts influence emotions and behaviour, and how they can develop healthier ways of responding to stress and challenges.
The workshops focus on practical tools to:
- manage stress and emotional pressure
- cope with mild to moderate anxiety and depressive symptoms
- build resilience and frustration tolerance
- develop healthier habits and decision-making patterns
My sessions are particularly designed for young adults aged 20–35 who are navigating transitions in their professional and personal lives.
Participants leave with evidence-based strategies from behavioural science that they can apply immediately in their daily lives to create more balance and sustainable wellbeing.
Workshops and training sessions (30–90 minutes): €30–€70
